My sister in California could not locate our power of attorney and we needed one ASAP. We have just moved to Greenwood, my mom moved here from California so I could take care of her. My sister in Ca oversees her finances. Somewhere in all the chaos the POA was lost. Chuck had a new one for me same day, that afternoon. I sent it overnight to my sister. He even walked out to the car to have mom sign it so she wouldn’t have to come in. Service was timely, the price was more than fair, and Chuck was very gracious. Grateful for Watson Law Firm! Highly recommend.

The review is for Velvet Davis, after set closing day a month before, three day before closing, she asked delay for 4 days because she did not finish put number together, which cause both sides lot of rearrange moving, cut utility and so on. during closing she did record all info we want, cause many misunderstanding afterword.

This company lacks communication with you I’ve call multiple times each time it’s we’ll call you back or it’ll be in the mail no mail received and no one calls back no kind of communication Chuck is very rude when I said you didn’t call me back he said you’re not the only case we have and you can go find someone else to do it would not recommend to anyone
