Our realtor chose Stoddard Funderburk for the closing of our home. SFLF made the process smooth and simple. Mrs. Funderburk closed for us and took the time to answer any of our questions and explain things we didn't understand since this was our first home. They did a phenomenal job and we recommend them!

Stoddard and Funderburk have ben gracious enough to work toward fixing my escrow issues and I also may add that the money was actually suppose to go back toward any and all repairs done. So yes the money is mine and I didn't know there was a protocol to follow. My sincere apologies to the law firm and anyone this may have affected.
