I paid a retainer three years ago. Ed admitted to me that he forgot about me. I have been trying to get a refund for two years and can't get anybody on the phone and when I leave a message it gets ignored. I am beyond frustrated that Ed took money for services, forgot about me, and is now ducking my calls. That's called larceny Ed.
