Received a letter from them saying I owe rent when I have a $0 balance. My next step is to hire a lawyer because why is my 9 year old underage son getting letter about our rent that was ALREADY PAID!!!! If I see this on my credit report I will be seeing you in court!!

We keep getting threatening letters from them saying two months of our rent is late. WE'VE PAID OUR RENT. They've also neglected to put their phone number on these letters. Spoke with an incredibly rude secretary who said my landlord needs to call them - they won't contact the landlord. They also said they'll be taking us to court is our landlord DOESN'T call! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?! She was extremely condescending and not at all helpful. Seriously - sounded like an ex-dominatrix. P.S. Don't rent from Bronstein Properties/Uptown Laurel Hill. This whole operation is terrible.
