Pegalis & Erickson, LLC handled a complex medical malpractice case for me and, as an attorney, I can confidently say that the firm treats its clients with the utmost professionalism. The trial preparation was extremely thorough. The trial attorney, Robert Fallorino, Esq., didn't leave a stone unturned and countered all of the defenses head on. He is truly brilliant, and the results obtained were phenomenal.
PLEASE IF YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY look for another one! I just spoke with an attorney at this practice regarding my 29 year old sisters death and he was extremely rude!!! He would not let me speak and made me feel very uncomfortable!!! Death of a loved one is a very sensitive subject not to be lashed out on. If you want a caring good attorney please do not call this firm!
Mr. S Negrotsky was extremely rude and condescending. I highly recommend him to get some basic manners while talking to a woman who is suffering with neurological complications. Shame on you ! Disgusting aftertaste.
