Avoid! They act nice to get you to sign with them. The moment you do, they ignore you for months on end. The receptionist is also extremely rude. They claim to have been friends and worked alongside with the opposing attorney. They both did a great job dragging out our case for over a year. It costed us thousands. They have no care and made so much money off a grieving family. I don’t know how they sleep at night. I finally went with another lawyer to help wrap things up and fix their mess. They even charged for parking! Shame on you!

I had a telephone conversation with David Shor, followed by a phone consultation. Mr. Shor stated he would get back to me. Several days had passed and I did not hear back from him so I sent him a follow up email, and also called and left him a message. I still have not heard back from him…how very unprofessional.

Never met him in person, but from the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he was so concise, explanatory and knowledgeable. His conviction on his knowledge outweighed other attorneys I spoke to. In regards to Receiving Letters of Administration from Surrogates Court of NYC, he got the job done for me. He wasn’t slow, always updated me, and just does what he knows to do. I totally recommend. He has the lawyer voice and I love it. Everyone else just seem like interns. Not this guy. Call him.

After your loved one is gone to eternity and leaves a WILL. David shor and associates is the place to go when you have to probate that WILL and get legal representation throughout the entire process. Very professional, attentive, and to the point.

Mr. Shor has a very nice way about him. Down to earth, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. I look forward to working with him at what has been a difficult time in my life.
