Unfortunate that I have to share my experience, but I feel like others should be warned. I hired Attorney Ozburn to handle the settlement of an estate. I paid a retainer up front, and he then proceeded to reschedule calls last minute, eventually becoming unreachable entirely. What should have been a straight forward process to obtain letters of administration, turned into months of increasing unprofessionalism. I eventually had to hire a different attorney, who found out immediately that all the probate court needed was a birth certificate. I filed a complaint with the state bar, to which Attorney Ozburn responded saying he would refund my retainer entirely (presumably in order to maintain good standing with the bar). It has been over two months and I still have not heard from him. Very d

David Ozburn is a great attorney. He is very personable even when he is super busy and doesn't "really" have time to stand around and talk... But you would never guess he was so busy. I would recommend anyone to visit him for any real estate needs. He is always willing to answer any questions as well.
