I know Bill Elliott to be a very conscientious and honest attorney. He is a family man, cares about his clients, and is tenacious but kind in his dealings with other attorneys. Bill is very smart and knowledgeable about family law (divorces, child custody, child support, etc.) as well as criminal law. Sometimes clients confuse the ability to get along with opposing counsel as being a weakness, but I feel it is a strength of Bill's, as he is able to negotiate settlements at a savings to his client by establishing a good working relationship. However, if he had to go to trial, Bill is fully capable of advocating for his client and winning.
