Stay away!! Super disorganized and unprofessional. Completely mishandled our closing. Sloppy and down to the last minute with sending our documents for execution, despite weeks to prepare and our reminders to send the documents well-in-advance. After paying himself/others, Jason McCart handed over the keys to the buyer 4 days BEFORE I (the seller) was paid! That would NEVER happen with any other closing attorney, and I've personally managed dozens of closings. It's pretty simple: cash-for-keys. I've never had an attorney/agent hand over keys before the cash was IN the seller's account. According to his staff, he also attempted to wire the six-figure proceeds over an unsecure public wifi account at an airport. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
