Waters screwed me out of money and didn't do his job. He never tried to actually help me and then asked for more money. I fired him and got a new lawyer that is a lot more informative. She recently showed me the temporary custody agreement, signed by a judge, thay I had not ever seen before. Waters sent me a condensed version of the order, which was missing very important details to my custody agreement. Michael Waters was recommended by a personal friend to handle a corporate dissolution issue. The company had in excess of $70,000 in assets and the situation had deteriorated to where personal threats were being made. Needless to say there was a lot at stake. After an initial phone consultation with Michael he accepted my case. That was 6 weeks ago and no progress has been made.
