Janine is a well-organized people person and I think that is a difficult combination to find in an attorney. She is direct in her request for documentation to suppport your case which was refreshing. Conversations with her were just that conversations but with a purpose. She explained the process very well so I knew what to expect. She represented our HOA for many years and we had many problems with her. We finally removed a problem HOA president in November, 2024. She would have been removed but she resigned in December saying she was changing her client base and would no longer represent HOA’s. She was not a good HOA lawyer but maybe she has a better client base. Good luck to her but HOA’s no.
