This was the most expensive real estate closing I have had in my 7 years of my business on a small piece of property. I made the mistake of not calling ahead and finding out their fees since most attorneys are around the same price but I paid more than double the normal price for a real estate closing. Also if your due diligence doesn't pass and you need to cancel the transaction they will still charge you the full amount of closing fees. I dont typically write reviews but felt people need to know there are much better prices out there on closings!! Call around and get the best price!

Hope you never need to speak with them once they have your money. I have called, emailed and texted for 2 weeks with no response. Would not recommend. Edited: Thank you for a response.
