Regina is kind and compassionate and truly values the work she does. She puts her clients first and ensures they are treated with respect and dignity throughout life's stressors. The work isn't always easy, but Regina stands firm in her ethics and stays true to her clients. There are so many more things I could say, but I leave you with this - Gina does the right thing, even when no one is watching and she always learves people and things better than when she found them.

Regina and her crew held my hand through every step of settling my mother's estate. Emily, the paralegal assigned to my case, kindly explained every move through the process (even when I needed her to break it down into language a second grader could understand). Regina was there to answer questions that would pop up, and I always felt that Emily was extremely capable and knowledgeable in dealing with the day-to-day aspects of the case. Settling an estate is never a pleasant time in life but Regina and Emily were there to help me through.

In 2013 Ms. Banis took my family court case as a public defender assigned to me. If she got monetary gain for it wasnt much. At that time in my life, I needed any and all the help I could get and the state gave me her. After meeting with me personally and over the phone several times, she came up with a plan and lead me on a 16 month court battle that ended with me having FULL custody of my two children. I owe Ms. Banis a debt of gratitude. If it wasnt for her, there would be no telling what would have happened to my kids. But because of her hard work, compassion, and empathy, my kids are living their best life. Both are in the Gifted & Talented program for their academic abilities. One is also in G&T music while the other was invited to join the Beta Club and is now the vice president.
