I had an exceptional experience working with Natalia & Shelby at Butler & College. They went above and beyond to ensure my closing happened smoothly. We were in the office until almost 7 PM, and they still managed to contact all the necessary parties and secure a revised CD after hours. I genuinely don’t know how they pulled that off. Natalia's attention to detail was unmatched. She refused to leave until everything was finalized, even when I told her I didn’t mind rescheduling. You would think I was paying premium rates with the level of dedication she showed, but that wasn’t the case at all. Shelby stayed on top of every moving part to make sure the closing could actually happen. She met every last-minute request made by seller and saw this through the day before Thanksgiving. Their

Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. We even had to bring our dog in with us to settlement and they gladly welcomed him. The staff returned every phone call promptly and answered every question we had along the way..

Butler & College were very accommodating with last minute updates and requests. We also appreciated their flexibility on the closing time when holiday schedules caused delays. The entire team was helpful, responsive and very customer service driven. We could not have been happier with our closing experience with Butler and College!
