I wanted to place a review of my experience with the Montgomery Law Firm, this is due to the POOR communication and services I have received from this office. I came to Montgomery Law Firm due to a previous case handled by Ms. Sara Roberts, I have worked with her in the past and was very satisfied with her performance. I was told she was working with Montgomery Law Firm and reached out to her due to her professionalism from my last accident. Sara Roberts was the last person to give me an actual case update and this was October of 2019. I have reached out to a few people at the Montgomery Law Firm, both Olivia and my new case Manager Estrella have only provided me with the same update as Sara did Back in October of 2019. This company has POOR communication skills and has NEGLECTED my case.
