Lori Brooks and Doug Bell were referred to me by a friend. I was actually able to sleep last night because of the investigative work Lori Brooks did. She was able to go behind the scenes because of her experience and expertise things that I had no knowledge of and didn’t know where to begin. She is a huge asset to that team and I highly recommend giving her a call. I was so worried about Ex-husband not following the divorce decree and she was able to make sure that things pertaining to the decree were going to be kept.

February 2022 Mr. Hemphill and his assistant, Michelle, were the best representation anywhere. One or both ALWAYS returned my calls and emails. Covid delayed “my day in court” for two years. They went above and beyond on addressing all of my concerns so that I was very calm and confident when I testified. I HIGHLY recommend this team to meet your needs. Through Mr. Hemphill’s representation and by the Grace of God, I was NOT assessed unfair costs or damages for an accident 5 years old.

I do not like giving poor reviews but, Mr. Hemphill did not effectively advocate for me to win my case. He did not allow an opportunity for me to provide argument against exhibits of the opposing party. I could have represented myself and achieved, at least, the same outcome. I would have saved myself attorney fees. Court was actually an embarrassment, as I was telling the truth, with evidence.

This entire office is terrible at responding to email and phone calls. I even expressed my concerns to them and still didn’t see any improvement. I do not recommend them for 1031 like kind exchange. The job did get completed eventually which is why I gave a 2 and not a 1. They are not very friendly either. My 2 sisters and I all had the same experience. They were also going to snail mail a check instead of a wire transfer or certified mail. They also were terrible at explaining the process from the beginning. If you don’t have experience with a 1031, I wouldn’t count on this group to be there for you. At one point they said they had other cases to work on and that ours was taking up too much of their time.
