I highly recommend the services of Pressly Mattox, P.C. During a recent move from New England, I was stopped for speeding by the North Carolina State Police. As I would not be living in the North Carolina, it was necessary to contact legal representation located in the county. I found Pressly to be responsive to my emails/calls, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable about the process in the district court. I had my drivers license for 55 years before I received my first citation for a moving violation! And on my birthday, no less! I started calling every lawyer in the yellow pages but soon learned that they typically handle only speeding tickets and my ticket was not for speeding. A paralegal heard my story and she knew I needed the services of J. Pressly Mattox. When I called Mr. Mattox, he patiently listened to my "tale of woe" and assured me that he could handle my case. He certainly is a very pleasant person to speak with on the phone. In fact, we even laughed a couple of times because of my "Freudian Slip"! Thank you, Mr. Mattox, for representing me. Mr. Mattox was great to work with! Not living in the area I received my tickets, he made everything convenient, hassle free, and best of all my tickets were dismissed. I would recommend his representation to anyone in the area.

Mr Mattox is great, his paralegal Fowler however is awful. She is unprofessional with her multicolored font, emojis, and poor grammatical skills. She waited until the last minute to ask us for paperwork that she could have gotten herself weeks ago (which is her job to do anyway not mine) and the documents weren't even required. Not happy with her service at all.

My friend recommended Mr. Mattox after I received a speeding ticket in the area. He, and his staff, were very nice, great with communication, and explained what my options were. Now I recommend him. :)
