Hope made the house closing process as simple as possible. She kept me updated along the way and worked quickly when needed. I would use their services again and highly recommend them.

Delays and never called back when they said they would. Multiple times. If there is someone else to be used I will do my best to use that other company. I was not pleased and to see the unorganized manner of business conducted worried me. Update you were only able to fix this because i stayed on you and brought all the paperwork required. I do appreciate your reply and yes this is just my opinion but I will not be using your service's at any time in the future. This is a statement for anyone else wondering how business is to be conducted. I've closed on two other properties and it was painless and they actually called me back when they said they would. Thank you for your concern.

Possibly the worst closing that I’ve ever experienced. Closing documents barely explained to my seller. Attorney / paralegal failed to include the mortgage payoff on the closing documents and nearly wired the payoff to the seller rather than the mortgage company. Would strongly advise seeking alternate counsel.

Appointment at 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:15. I did sit there until 10:20 without saying anything except will I be seen soon. The lady at the window said my appointment was at 10:00 and that she had just told them I was here. I told her my wife had dementia and I needed to go. Just have plenty of time when you go here. The attorney was great and very professional.
