Brittany Cartner did a great job for me. Her staff was on point and the communication was fantastic. She got the best outcome that I could get for my case and her staff had the documents I needed to settle everything in a very timely manner. Good job

We feel like we got scammed. She did not help our case. The prosecution had zero evidence but she didn't even attempt to argue the case. The girls that work in her office are rude & unprofessional. They need customer sensitivity & service training. I would not recommend this lady for a traffic citation much less anything serious. She seems money hungry & lazy in my opinion. She never even discussed a plan for defense or anything except money up until we went to court even though we continued to ask about discovery. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMNEND! If I could give her zero stars that would more accurately match her merit as an attorney.

I couldn’t be more grateful that Brittany worked on my case. She was incredibly efficient, communicative, knowledgeable, and reassuring about each step of the process. All my questions were met with empathy and kindness, and I will forever appreciate that she helped me achieve the best outcome. Surely I do not hope I find myself in the same situation in the future, but if I ever did, I would seek her counsel again in a heartbeat.
