0 stars if I could. I called to ask questions about a deed and the lady that answered was so rude. She kept cutting me off and telling me my information was wrong. Then told me to call back once I have the correct information. I called a different law office for real estate and got my situation handled (Ralston Benton in Statesville is great). Definitely need to change whoever answers your phones!!

My wife reached out to this attorney related to transfer of deed, she was quoted $250 for his services and $30 something to file the paperwork. On our way to his office to meet the parties Involved in this transaction, his paralegal called to let us know that the parties were in the office and she wanted to know if we were on our way, my wife acknowledged that we were and verified that it was the agreed upon costs. The paralegal stated that it was now $500, she asked why and the paralegal placed her on hold. The attorney came to the phone and said that because it was a “Friday afternoon, and having to answer a dozen of phone calls, the price was now $500”. Of course we told him to forget about it! Now the parties have backed out of this deal! Thanks Privette

Needed some advice over the phone. After patiently hearing me ramble about my request, the woman who answered the phone transferred me directly to Mr. Privette who courteously responded to all my questions. Amazing first impression. Grateful for their help!
