I will say that I understand how stressful a job can be after dealing with several different attitudes day in and day out. I am completing a review under a different name to protect myself. I see a lot of reviews and you can tell those who are angry, so angry their sentences make them look illiterate. So it’s hard to believe you so here goes my review. I have called several times, sometimes every other week it took over 30 days before I could get an answer. I’m getting yelled at, talked over. Never received a visit, letter, phone call or anything that’s why I have to call periodically. The receptionist is rude yes! That can damage a business but what really hurts is when you don’t feel like you can trust being treated as a human being due to her lack of sensitivity. Maybe that’s not her jo

David assistant was so rude to my mom for nothing she kept hanging up the phone every time she called to try to speak with her lawyer which is David…then he doesn’t correct her wrongful doings at all he doesn’t call back matter of fact he doesn’t call his client back at all. Or he doesn’t check his emails I witnessed myself how nasty they was acting with her for no reason I wouldn’t refer nobody to this law firm. I feel like if you don’t like your job you need to just stay at home or just find a job that you like doing!!! Very nasty attitudes from the both of them I’m giving 1 star

Mr Minor does amazing work inside the court room and out! He is the only lawyer in Statesville that is very straight forward with you from the start of the process till the end. He makes things very clear and understanding, in situations involving the court, not being clear to what is happening with your case can be scary. His prices are beyond fair and they will do anything they can for you. You also have to remember they are humans, If you are rude and demanding when you call any place of business they are going to be rude back. If I could give 10 stars I would because he is amazing!!! & Tamara his Paralegal is an amazing women who has done wonders to help me get through my cases and assist me when David can not!!

As far as Mr. Minor goes he is an excellent lawyer! I felt like he really represented me well and I also felt like he listened and was very attentive taking notes he knows the law well! He also represented my significant other several years ago and got him a sweet deal! But the receptionist or paralegal could use charm school!She is a character to say the least! But overall I really liked Mr Minor

Receptionist is rude or his paralegal which ever she is & he won't return phone calls & will let you set in jail when he can get you out ! His receptionists needs to get laid & learn some people skills & if your not happy with your job quit ! He's defending a friend of mines boyfriend & he's court appointed I think he is stealing from the tax payers because the client sure isn't getting what the tax payers or state pays him to do & that's sad I seen it first hand !
