Supposedly this is a great lawyer but his assistant called a number (that we don’t know and have never had before) to notify my husband of a court date and they couldn’t reach us so we missed the court date, he got a warrant, we contacted them to quash the bench warrant, the assistant put a motion in to quash it, we showed up to that court date and the judge arrested him anyways and Mr Carreon didn’t do anything to try to help, didn’t defend him, speak on his behalf, wouldn’t speak to me, just gave me attitude and walked away. He’s always had a great relationship with my husband so I was confused, but nonetheless we’re extremely disappointed in his representation in this case, and not to mention, my husband has an incompetence diagnosis, and he was supposed to get certain charges dismissed

Lousy lawyer, only if you got money will he fight for you and actually help you. But if you got him pro-bono he will do the bare minimum. Which is never ready, always late, always waiting till last minute to get in contact with you and by the time he actually gets to you it's too late and then convinces you that the only option is to take the deal cuz he doesn't want to have to work to prove your innocence. He's got to many cases he can't keep up with who's who and what's what.
