This was my second time coming here. They were very helpful through the process. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Spoke with Virginia Sanchez she was very rude and rushing the call while yelling at me. She also gave me false information stating that workmen’s comp doesn’t pay for an injury that i had, that happened at home. I had a seizure at home that resulted in my arm being dislocated. Told her i have seizures because of a work injury that i had. she said workman’s comp isn’t responsible which is a lie because the seizures i have are happening because of my work accident so therefore workman’s comp needs to pay. Also stated i won’t receive unemployment benefits if I’m receiving workers comp payment which is also false after talking to a real workman’s comp lawyer. She might need to be reeducated. Wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone who has an issue with workman’s comp.
