We had used Kenneth Egan for a MVA in Sierra county where the ins Co. Had been lied to. Mr. Egan handled it quickly and 100% top results. I hired him again and also communicated with Teresa. She was great and kept communications up to date. She answered all questions and Def. Knows her job. For the zoom, I had been on for at least 45 minutes prior to my turn. Something went wrong when I was up. My audio would not work. I called Teresa, finally, I ended up using 2 phones for my zoom court. Teresa, Mr. Egan and even the judge were understanding. Me, I'm still mortified that it worked until it was my turn. Thank you to all, and I would 110 % recommend using Mr Egan and his staff!
