Subject: First Interaction With David Beasley Was Shockingly Unprofessional My first-ever interaction with David Beasley, attorney for a lender I am dealing with, was completely unprofessional, hostile, and shocking. After a phone conversation the day before in which I was promised a follow-up email that never arrived, I stopped by the office to seek clarification. I was polite, calm, and followed the front desk’s instructions to wait while Mr. Beasley was notified of my presence. What followed was astonishing. Mr. Beasley approached aggressively, cut me off mid-sentence, shouted that the office “doesn’t accept walk-ins,” told me he was not my attorney (a fact I never disputed), and literally gestured for me to leave, all in front of his staff. I was recommended from my Office Manager that this was a great office to get some estate planning completed. I would highly recommend this office as they gave a detailed approach to your assets and how to protect them. Jessie at the front desk is phenomenal, Kimberly and Mikka were really good at explaining the process and next steps per completion. You receive a digital copy and the original and one in a binder with tabs. I was really impressed and would recommend them for the execution for your estate. Thank you.
