Don't expect to speak to the attorney and actually get advice for your money's worth. They have someone there who fills out your paperwork. The whole process lacked communication, and I filed years ago using their service and negligence on their behalf has come back to haunt me! And then I called to discuss it and the lady was rude, talked over me and basically said it was all on me for "not asking the right questions" what is the point of an attorney???? I never give reviews good or bad... but I need to warn people not to trust this service! There is no accountability or assistance when you might need it the most.

Good service, finally got my discharge papers In the mail a couple weeks ago. Process did take a while but from my understanding Bankruptcy process takes a while anyways. Was very satisfied with them, and recommend for someone needing to file for cheaper then other places

I called to inquire and set an appointment on a Tuesday. They finally returned the call FRIDAY 4:50 pm. I was unable to call back. The person didn't use the right name and no callback number. At least she left her name (Jean) but I had to look up the phone number again since she didn't leave it. Didn't she learn how to leave a message?? Anyway, I have called back 3 times and now the VM is FULL!!! Lady has terrible follow through.. NOT IMPRESSED. Absolutely no professionalism. Gawd, I hope the lawyer isn't as sloppy...that is, if I EVER get to speak to him or even make an appointment. I may have to go there in PERSON to get results! GEEZE.

Would use this service again without a doubt! Very professional and friendly. Helped calm my nerves about filing for bankruptcy and got me through the process as quickly as possible. They even worked with me with the price and payments! Thank you Bankruptcy Law Center!

I went to the first appt, and after that I tried calling and have been, trying and trying to get in touch with them and no answer! I have been wanting to get ALL OF MY PERSONAL PAPERWORK, and nothing, i even sent them a certified letter of firing them, and the accepted it, and still nothing. VERY UNSATISFYING SERVICES!
