Very rude. I have never been talked to like this man spoke to me. When I asked again who I was speaking with (he said it didn’t matter the first time I asked) because Mr. Aspinwal was very nice when I spoke before, he hung up on me. I was never rude and have witnesses in my office that heard the entire conversation. Maybe he was having a bad day, and I’ll give him that, but I would never treat someone the way that he did… bad day or not. Very unprofessional.

If I could leave no stars, I would! He is extremely rude, and has no concern for people he has been appointed to defend! My advice to anyone whose family member has been court appointed to be defended by this "guy" seek another lawyer asap! This guy will NOT defend your family member properly! And is so rude and won't even listen to anything you are trying to say to him! He gets his jollies by trying to belittle people who call to talk to him! He's a disgrace to lawyers everywhere and absolutely should be disbarred! He flat out told me that he would NOT defend my son! Even though he was court appointed to do so! Even though I bit my tongue, and tried to still be respectful as he was being rude to me on the phone!

He was very unprofessional & very rude & he lied to me. I sat in county for over 18months to finally 1day out the blue w/o even talking 2me or investigating they pull me 4court where he didn't care abt me or my situation & pretty much told me 2 plead guilty & I got 10yeats felony probation & 1year of rehab on tip of the 18months I did for a crime I didn't even commit, for a crime that wasn't even committed, for a crime where charges were tried to be dropped. Worst lawyer ever now I'm pretty much screwed & lost all my gun & voting rights.

Did not listen to what I was trying to say and belittled me over the phone. I'd recommend looking over your charge especially if it's as minor as a traffic ticket and representing yourself. We have the internet ppl! We don't need ppl like this anymore. When you feel attacked by someone that's supposed to help you then that just solidifies that this system is broken. It's a shame but only we can stand up for ourselves.

Worst attorney never calls back was very rude and disrespectful on the phone . Purposely makes things harder for clients . Never use him . If anyone has him as a attorney change it immediately.
