Does not value your time from the moment you walk in the door. Being late for an appointment is forgivable, heck, even expected for a busy office. However, after a month of radio silence I gave up waiting for updates. If you're going to charge for a consultation, shake my hand and agree to do the work, then I expect you to stand by that.
