I had a consultation two months ago. I have still not gotten an appointment to go over the living trust. I have been sending emails and leaving messages to get a callback, but they have been unresponsive. At this point, I am concerned my paperwork is being held hostage. Will make an appointment with another lawyer to see about getting my information back from this firm. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I do not expect a response from the owner, as I have seen in previous reviews, that I have their firm confused. I am Intelligent enough to know who I am posting about.

I retained Kemp law LLC after my car accident where I was not at fault. After needing back surgery and a year of treatment the case settled for the max that the other party was covered for, $250k. Kemp received over $82k. After medical bills were paid i only received $62k. Now I'm still needing care, not able to return to full duty at work, with no way to pay for the care I still need. I was shocked that my attorney received more than me from the settlement and I'm still left with injuries and no way to receive further treatment. I think they don't care about their clients at all.

This is hands down the best group of people to work with when it comes to closing on a piece of property.
