If I could give less stars, I would. This attorney failed to do his homework for a bankruptcy case and listed me as having a lien on property (complete with lien id number), which I did not. He decided to actually do his job and check on the lien the morning of the hearing. After having knowledge that there was no lien, he decided that my time was not valuable enough to let me know before I sat there for 3.5 hours (I actually work for a living, unlike his client). Both the judge and the clerk apologized on his behalf, but there was no apology from Blacknall. Shoddy legal work at best, and no respect for my time.
