I wanted to thank Michelle Zoecklein this morning as I was a walk in & didn’t have an appointment and immediately got the answers that I needed. She is truly a very compassionate & caring person. and helped me have a better day. She definitely gets answers. I highly recommend this law firm, from Attorney Brice Zoecklein who oversees my case, Attorney Jones to Monica the Paralegal, all very helpful, courtesy good listeners, & good communications.

Our family needed a law firm to handle probate after our mother passed away. I cant tell you how many attorneys we talked with before finding Zoecklein law firm. One law firm actually wanted a percentage of all sales of property and belongings. Zoecklein Law was reasonably priced and patient with us on making .decisions. Estefan kept us up to date, was friendly, personable, respectful and very kind through the process. I would highly recommend this firm.

I feel very fortunate to have worked with Esteban Cordero on a complicated Probate in 2025. Esteban was knowledgeable, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the process. In addition, I found him be unfailingly courteous and exceptionally personable in all our communication. I had the same experience working with Zoecklein's Cody Nixon on a Will in 2024. I could not have had a better experience with Zoecklein attorneys and paralegals, and recommend the practice without hesitation.

They did a great job and we would definitely use them again. They handled pretty much everything with very little effort on our part, which was especially good since we had no idea how to correctly handle whole Florida probate process ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

This firm has been very helpful to me in navigating my late mother's probate. Although there was one bump in the road after some personnel changes, it was quickly resolved and my mother's somewhat difficult case taken over by very competent people, specifically Attorney Marley Dodd and Paralegal Sandra Vanderploeg. It's never fun to need lawyers but when you do need them, good ones are hard to find so I do recommend Zoecklein Law! :)
