We used The Golden Law Group to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The process was fairly easy, and they did their job. We also appreciated the payment plan they offer. However, don't expect much more from them after that. On the first call, we were told they would be sending information about the process and what to expect, as we have never been through anything like this before. Never received anything after numerous calls. Also, a couple of times we would call to ask a question before even filing, and we were told someone would call us back. Every time, someone different answered the phone, and they couldn't help us. On 3 separate occasions, nobody ever returned our calls.
