Kevin Coakley definitely gets my highest recommendation. He is always hardworking, honest and straightforward. He is super knowledgeable and his assistant Shirley is amazing as well. He will sir you down and explain everything and he will promptly respond to any calls or emails. He has represented several cases for me and he has handled them all impeccably. For two years, Delray Medical Hospital's account manager was Tenet Healthcare/ Conifer Health They promised that an appointed agent of theirs would contact me by e-mail, since I was abroad, but not only did no one from them contact me, but my continuous pleas for consultation were neglected, and they did not even respond.
