I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. After accepting payment, little to no substantive legal work was performed. Despite repeated assurances, no meaningful effort or advocacy followed, and I was left unsupported during critical stages of representation. I expect attorneys to possess a thorough, scholarly command of the law and to apply it diligently on behalf of their clients. That standard was not met in my experience. There was no meaningful effort to understand my background or to develop a defense strategy. Given the lack of results and minimal effort, the amount of money taken was grossly disproportionate to the services provided. Brooks is the Absolute worst lawyer. The WORST, RUDEST lawyer I have ever met. He was appointed as my daughter’s defense attorney. He did nothing to help her. NOTHING. He never once set up a meeting to talk about her case. The 2 times i called and tried to speak to him about her case he was rude and got me so upset with his lack of concern for her and her case that I had to leave work. I ended up taking out a loan to pay for a different lawyer.

If u need the legal work done this is a place to go Mr. Brooks has been my lawyer since I was 18. Secretary is the best u will ever find it's been a while since I been there but I know they want the best turn out for u and ur family. They also make u feel like family soon as u walk into the office
