I am so thankful for the thorough and thoughtful service provided by the owner and staff at Wilson Law. First, helped me understand the difference between wills and trusts to help me make an informed decision. Secondly, they helped me determine the documents that I needed to gather and the staff compiled and prepared everything. My sister, "Lorelei Alexander" since she doesn't want to use her real name, seems to still be holding a grudge that our mother chose me over her to be trustee. To be honest, I'm not sure why she picked now over literally any other time to post a review as the estate was settled some time ago. If she didn't cancel so many appointments or ghost me and the law firm completely multiple times, she might've been better apprised of the situation. She was even CC'd in all correspondences and that wasn't enough. In the end, she came out on top and still wants more. If you are required to work with this law firm, I highly recommend that you retain your own legal counsel, and remember: this law firm does not work for the beneficiaries or the trust, they work for themselves. Their goal is to maximize their earnings and minimize their involvement. If you want your case handled appropriately and fully, retain your own counsel who will work only for you. Wilsons does not double check or ask for proof of the worth of any of the physical property involved in the estate that they are overseeing, they take the main trustees word for it. They do not require an appraiser or investigation, a number can just be made up or left out. They also do not ask the trustee to provide a detailed record of the splitting of the total assets and they do not present one to t

EDIT: I see your reply, and had you all actually bothered to call me, you may have had a client as I'm looking into different possibilities for the family home (trust, etc.) But again, I will take your advice and go elsewhere. I'd give zero stars if possible. Don't waste your time. I conversed with an intake coordinator online explaining the situation about a deed to family property. Was just looking for some basic info on how to go about things for estate planning & told I'd have an attorney contact me. Instead, I received an email stating they couldn't help me and that I need to speak to another attorney. I'll be taking their advice and doing just that.
