Sets deadlines and misses all of them. No communication. Expect to work with a revolving door of different people because the person you were working with left, and their replacement can't answer any specific questions about the estate (when you finally ever get anyone to answer you). Zero empathy for the situation (and that they're prolonging it). Hired Zaremba the same week my mother passed to "manage" her estate in January 2022. Takes 2, 3 or 4 emails to get anyone to answer questions. Finally, they gave me a date of when my mothers estate should close (April 2023), and that day came and went without any communication from Zaremba. We're now 3 (soon to be 4) months after that date and the new "final" date (7/26) has arrived. I hadn't heard anything from Zaremba so I inquired about the

We had an excellent experience with Zaremba and all of the folks who work there. I had an issue and we resolved it quickly and definitely to my satisfaction.
