As an experienced investor who’s done well over 100 property closings. Across dozens of different closing companies. This one takes the cake for worst title work you could ever ask for. Anyone who’s in real estate knows, a title company can make a transaction smooth, or absolute mayhem. They will order documents only days before they’re needed, then say “we’re still waiting on your bank”. Well of course you are, you didn’t give anyone the time necessary to provide underwriting. Most title companies request info they’ll need, this one you have to chase down, to try and give them the information, so things don’t get pushed back. My professional opinion, stay far away from this firm doing any title closing for you. The only respectful and professional person you’ll run into here is the recept
