Greatest Attorney On The Eastern Shore
Lawyer was paid $5,000 for a DUI defense. And a brainless one at that. An over pompous officer gave someone a DUI in the passenger seat of another persons vehicle, while someone else was driving. The lawyer barely knew what was going on, even after it was explained to him 3 separate occasions. It was such an easy case a toddler could have done it. It ended up being appealed to county court in snow hill, where the case was thrown out immediately. I have a suspicion the lawyer played stupid in city court to get the extra $3,000 dollars to go to county court.
Took my money did LITERALLY nothing, could've represented myself an gotten the same thing the guy in front of me got. Judge was just handing out the same sentence. he could've at least got my fine lower or some thing for the money a lawyer buys you. guess they just take your money just like the state. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
