I retained Stephanie Scales for my son in a child custody and support matter after an existing custody agreement was violated in July 2025. After paying approximately $9,000, there has been no progress toward restoring the original agreement. Communication has been extremely poor. Questions are met with additional charges, sometimes several hundred dollars, without meaningful progress. We were repeatedly asked to provide documentation for the opposing party, yet no reciprocal paperwork was provided to us. Without prior discussion, a contempt hearing scheduled for February was moved to June, significantly delaying my son’s ability to see his daughter.
