My experience with attorney Jeffrey Williams was overwhelmingly negative. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile, dismissive, and lacking in basic professionalism, which only intensified the stress of a serious legal situation. It became clear early on that his practice is almost exclusively tied to debt collection agencies, and that he does not offer services to clients outside of that space. Very difficult to talk to. Cut me off when trying to explain what was going on. Very rude. No compassion at all. I would go as far to say he has no soul. Glad I stayed up 3 hours past my sleep time to be told to get my own lawer. I am willing to pay the money I just cant live off of 350$ pay cheaks each week when they have taken almost $800 from me in 3 weeks to say he will not see the money untill 6 months from now.

Total piece of trash of a human being. He was unreachable to try to resolve the issue and then files with the court to garnish my wages for more than the debt amount. Medical debt aswell. He purposely avoided my calls so he could go through the courts. Scumbag

I've been trying to pay a bill for over a week now. I've been calling at various times for consecutive days and no one will answer the phone. Now the phone doesn't even ring. It just says "extension 303 is on another line". I've already called OSBA. If this guy hits me with a late fee or garnishment, I'm going to file a grievance. His office staff is usually great tho. Really sweet ladies.

This guy is a snake. I was sent to collections for a medical bill and received a summons in the mail from Jeffrey. I showed up to court. He did not. He instead called the courthouse and insisted on speaking with me. When I took the call, he immediately started trying to intimidate me and bully me. I told him what I could afford to pay every month but he continued to raise his voice with me and tell me he needed double that. After explaining to him that I would not choose a medical bill over groceries for my family he agreed to my payment (after he tried to insult me). Anyway my payments are due the 30th of every month. I pin a check to my calendar on the 15th every month. I mark on my calendar the check number and the date that I sent it. Two monthly payments were made and cashed with no i
