I paid for them to draft a trust. After it was completed, I went to sign it without having been able to read it first, the yong lady just rushed me through and said it would cost more to change anything. Anyhow I got nowhere with her (unreaponsive/neglectful) and they finally put me in touch w Jamie Tate, she was responsive, available, and very competent.sge changed my impression of company and I am Im happy with the outcome.

Unprofessional, greedy...eager to get BIG bucks without knowing anything about the target client. Yikes! This firm (Lima office) thankfully does not represent me and no one I know should be subjected to the unprofessionalism I witnessed...even watching an unsupervised paralegal comment on an attorney's work from another firm...that fine attorney is now a respected probate judge I know in Shelby County. I don't know any of the other lawyers at other locations EXCEPT to report a trusted friend was quite unimpressed with the cheesy sales pitch he heard at the Bellefontaine office. Be careful of ANY lawyer wanting to charge a large flat fee, and is apparently not consistent in its billing practices!

The attorneys and employees are great to work with and their fees are appropriate for the great service they provide. Especially to our Veterans.
