I would not recommend Phillip Germann. In my opinion and experience in proximity, he does not fight for his clients. You would be better off representing yourself or using a public defender. Save your money.

Phil German is one amazing attorney. I was in a brutal custody battle where my child was in a very bad situation. Phil was able to get me permanent custody in less than a years time.
