I had a bit of an open and shut case that never even needed to go to court, Mr Simms just wrote a letter explaining to the person that had built a fence on my land what his options were (1 option, move the fence or go to court and enclosed a land survey) and the problem was resolved within days of his letter. Easy to talk to, wasn't trying to charge some exorbitant fee so since everything worked out perfectly I can only say that if I have any additional problems I will be calling him rather than any of his competitors.

From past experience this is an excellent firm to work with. Recent weather has prevented our appointment that was scheduled and has been rescheduled after a curtesy call from Mr. Simms.

Very rude seems he is just part of the problem with fayetteville and the people's rights they violate everyday . He was very rude until I notified him him I was recording him his attitude changed and was not willing to be civil was very rude and hung up,if not mistaken he represents city or county or did at time . He is very shady in his dealings with false threatening letters to evict on no grounds . witnessed myself toward another citizen

Guy is a joke. Tells me to pay the courthouse for a judgement made against me, I pay it, then he comes back a month later saying now I owe him money. What a joke. Stay away from this clown.
