Be very careful! This attorney met in secret with opposing attorney and came up with a divorce settlement, without my knowledge or permission. Contract fraud occurred when Mr. Johnson instructed me, (via email) to simply call a certain number for a conference call, but never mentioned (kept secret) that this was a final divorce settlement hearing!! I had no knowledge since I had not discussed a settlement with Mr. Johnson. My own attorney trapped me into agreeing to what I thought was just letting the judge know we are working on a settlement, not that this was the settlement. Nothing was in writing or discussed before the call. Have documented proof and emails that will back up this statement. I was left financially destitute after 20 years of marriage. I received nothing!
Joey is thorough his prices are very fair. He knows what he is doing. I always recommend him
