Absolutely not prepared for trial and extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did using Pat Fraley as an attorney. I trusted her with my son who I love more than anything and she did absolutely nothing to defend me and represent me during court. Zero evidence was submitted and no witnesses were called even after I had brought up my concerns multiple times. I received zero trial preparation and was told “we can only go up from here” which was not true. Her lack of attention and care for my trial cost me everything and then to make it worse she abandoned me after court and did not reach out to me. She through a temper tantrum and decided to just go home. I write this review in the hopes no one ever has to go through what I did for a year and a half and

We sat down with Mrs. Fraley for a consultation with a legal matter. Should have read that she charges for a consultation. Most lawyers give free initial consultation, not her! We were asked to call her assistant the next day to get a price for her services. When I called, I was given a price for the consultation and another 700.00 for her to give us an opinion. To make a long story short, the price of the consultation went from 285.00 to 427.50 because we couldn't afford to pay 987.00 for an opinion without even representation. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. 427.50 for absolutely nothing!!!

If one is seeking only legal research in terms of the law with a few legal drafts she may fit your needs. For anything bigger than that, would highly recommend hiring someone else who would be capable and willing to deliver consistently strong support on your behalf in a courtroom setting. Strongly advise if you have a situation such as divorce, alimony, child custody etc that you seek representation elsewhere.

Let me start off by saying when I started my divorce I was told that Pat Fraley was a very good divorce lawyer so I sat down in a consultation with her and she took my case.during her representing me ,she didn’t not do anything to help me. In fact on the day of court “we” pat, myself, my ex wife and her lawyer sat in a room to negotiate on some things and the only time pat spoke was to tell me how I should agree with the ex wife. She went on to make several comments about how much money she and the other lawyer was making by sitting in court all day. She would always tell you that she needed to know about every situation that came up in the divorce and when you made her aware she wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issues.also we had a clear verbal understanding about the timing of the pay

Pat Fraley is a wonderful person, you can't find a better Attorney, she will be honest trustworthy, fight hard for you and she won't take bull from anyone, my money's on Pat always, her staff is great, they are friendly, smart and very respectful of you and each other
