I bought my home through this law firm. I signed a paper saying that no matter what, I cannot sue them. I have spent more on repairs since we moved in than the mortgage payments a month. I'm not sure how everything was finalized with the house more glamorous than functional. The glamor is causing the home to have more issues than it is worth. However, with the housing market not doing well, we have to deal with what we have. 05.18.2024-Uodate: We may be losing our home of three years because proper inspection was not conducted and our home is literally falling apart. We now know that when a previous owner built an add-on, they built it over the septic tank. Even if we moved or sold, we would have to pay the remainder amount we own on the mortgage. This law firm helped to process paperwork
