My boyfriend is on probation and Angie is his probation officer she waited til ten o clock to message somebody and said the appointment was in like a couple days knowing that they have to take off work to come see you you made the appointment how can’t you come to your own appointments you make for your people under you but we have to respect your time but you can’t respect ours that’s my biggest problem here …. Let them know in advance and before ten o clock cause people do have to get up early for work and he missed work mon. and again on wed. But can’t do Friday please make this make sense and your reasoning with people under you is very poor

They are more about family than the juveniles on their case loads. The only concern I have is that they do not receive the credit they deserve. Everyone here is for the guidance of the juveniles. They do not judge, reprimand (unless needed), nor do they categorize family situations. Keep up the good work. Be safe. God bless you all and your families. Thank you for all you do.

This is one the worst place I have been to! They ask you to come on time for schedule appt then once you do so, they will have you wait over half an hour for only 10 minutes to let them know “my info is the same, yes/no I have my payment “ it’s ridiculous! No respect for probationer time. That’s my biggest problem! They will attempt to accommodate with payment but not so much! Will be glad when this is behind me!

They can’t ever answer the phone, we even have employees that can’t do anything I mean you already get 1-1/2 hour lunch break

Hate it for the money they get from ppl you think they have a nice place and they make you wait too long
