Often times people only share their feedback when they have a bad experience. That should not be the case. I’ve been a realtor for 4 years and I must say the service I receive when I have a closing at this office is exceptional. The communication is always timely. The staff is professional and courteous. My closing was handled professionally by Savannah...that is the extent of the compliments I can give this office. 1 hour prior to my closing I was informed that Dekalb county claimed that a water bill was outstanding from the person I had purchased the home from. That person was able to send proof that the bill was in fact paid & I forwarded that info to the attorney. However the amount of the water bill was deducted from my proceeds. I was told as soon as Dekalb could confirm that the bill was paid, I would be sent a refund. Needless to say I can't even get anyone to confirm that this was done. I spoke with CHRISTIAN on several occasions who informed me that I needed to speak with Nicole. I then left several messages for Nicole who NEVER returned my called. Finally after a week of
