The attorney was demanding when I asked a question because I didn't understand what I was being told. Closing took much longer than anticipated because they didn't have all the documents together. I hope this particular attorney checks his bedside manner and is more sympathetic to new home owners who don't close on houses every day like he does.

The email response was quick, and the precloser and postclosers are friendly. However, the closing experience is awful. I have now done two closings with McMichael & Gray, one in Carrollton and one in Stockbridge, and I would not choose to do another closing here. The wait time is long and the closing took over 3 hours, mostly due to the fact that checks have to come from the Alpharetta office apparently. And then for the second closing on another day, they were supposed to overnight a check to me and instead sent it to the wrong address over an hour and half drive from me. It also seemed like the closing attorney had never looked at the contracts before. Unpleasant experience as a realtor representing clients.

It is my strongest recommendation that Brian and his team seek to restructure their organizational approach. This is the most unorganized legal team I have ever worked with and observed. There is no reasonable excuse that this legal team has failed, on two occasions, to ensure documentation was properly in place. This team has no sense of time management and accountability. If you can avoid working with this legal team, it is my strongest advice that you choose another group to handle your legal matters. This legal team greatly lacks the essential skill of preparedness and efficiency when handling client cases.

I have been doing closings with McMichael and Gray PC for years and I recently got a chance to close at the Stockbridge office location. It was at that location I was blessed to get attorney Cierra Rushton. She was so proficient in handling our file and everything went amazingly smooth. She was a breath of fresh air and has become my preferred attorney for the Stockbridge location. I will request her each time I'm on the Southside of Atlanta.
