Does not follow up after saying he would help. Multiple voicemails left, multiple emails sent and nothing. If you have a MetLife plan, don't waste your time. He was a nice guy, but was late to our meeting. I was willing to pay much more out of pocket to help with my aging parents situation. His loss I guess. I'm guessing he got paid his basic fee from MetLife and that's all he needed??? Very unprofessional and his follow up and follow through both need improvement!! Wasted my time and delayed an urgent health situation with my aging parents.

So Thankful to have had Mr.Echols handling our estate case after my father passed with no will my family and I was in a huge mess Mr.Echols took over our case and things ended up awesome. He stayed in touch kept us updated , always returned our calls, we couldn't have ask for a better attorney to help us though our estate case. I so recommend him if you ever need a attorney

My husband & I had a very pleasant experience with Mr Echols & his staff. They were professional & he answered all our questions including educating us about other things we didn't know. I have the legal plan through my employer & I feel it was worth it. Mr Echols took his time & we did not feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend him for all your Estate planning needs.
